A Broke Down Melody

Today i went to the beach with Dacil and my surfer friends =), and tried to surf those "unsurfable" waves there was. i actually finished playing with the waves without any surfboard and with my dear friend Dacil.



When we got back, we went to Patricia's house and watched that surfing video called "A broke down melody", directed by jack johnson. I should say it is absolutley awesome: not only waves and surfers, but songs and images... it is amazing, seriously.



Here you can watch its trailer:/ Hoy fui a la playa con Dácil y mis amigas surferas =), e intenté surfear esas olas "insurfeables" que había. La verdad es que terminé jugando con las olas sin tabla de surf con mi amiga Dácil.
Cuando volvimos, fuimos a casa de Patricia a ver un video de surf llamado "A broke down melody", dirigido por Jack Johnson. Debo decir que es absolutamente increíble: no sólo las olas y los surferos, sino tabmién las canciones e imágenes... es genial, de verdad. Aquí pueden ver el tráiler:



i am feeling like surfing today! if you haven't tried it yet, and at any time you have the chance to take a surfboard and have fun, you really should... i mean, it's fantastic, and everyone falls in love with it immediately. I just looove this sport as much as i love the beatles, and it makes me feel in peace (as much as the beatles does ^^).
what can i say? surfing is a really important part of my life. / Tengo ganas de surf hoy! Si aún no lo han probado, y en algún momento tienen la oportunidad de tomar una tabla de surf y divertirse, realmente derbían hacerlo... quiero decir, es fantástico, y todo el mundo se enamora de este deporte de inmediato. Simplemente me encaaaaaaaaaanta, tanto como me encantan los beatles, y me hace sentir en paz (tanto como lo haceb los beatles ^^).
¿Qué puedo decir? El surf es una parte muy importante de mi vida.

Dear Fall,

Today i think i could feel your coming. We both know that, where i live, you are not precisely the star of the season (i'm sorry, but you should admit the truth). here, leaves don't get brown, orange, red or gold... they stay as green as they are in spring, we enjoy an eternal spring without flowers... sounds sad, and it actually is. Only summer is real in this place. anyway, you're still trying to get to me, and i can see that. Maybe i have to try hard, but i think i can smell you sometimes... i even surprise myself imagining i can hear the dead leaves creaking under my boots... sandals, yes, they are sandals, but who could convince my mind i'm not wearing boots when i need to believe? Or, when i fell in love with some collections dedicated only to you, who could have made me see reason, insinuate that i oculd never wear that in the place i live? After all, we've
met before, do you remember? when i lived in the other side of the world, you used to say goodbye to the north just to come and say hello to me. Don't worry, though, i'm planning to live in Madrid next year, and i've hear you stay there every year for a few months. I hope this time impatiently.

/ Hoy creo que pude sentir su venida. Ambos sabemos que, donde yo vivo, no es usted precisamente el protagonista de la estación (lo siento, pero debería admitir la verdad). aquí, las hojas no se tornan marrones, naranjas, rojas o doradas... se quedan tan verdes como lo están en primavera, disfrutamos de una eterna primavera sin flores... suena triste, y de hecho lo es. sólo el verano es real en este lugar. de todas formas, sigue intentando llegar a mí, y eso lo puedo ver. Puede que tenga que intentarlo intensamente, pero creo que puedo olerle de vez en cuando... incluso me sorprendo a mí misma imaginando que puedo oír las ojas muertas crujir bajo mis botas... sandalias, sí, son sandalias, pero, ¿quién podría convencer a mi mente de que no estoy llevando botas cuando necesito creer? O, cuando me enamoré de algunas colecciones dedicadas sólo a usted, ¿quién podría haberme hecho entrar en razón, insinuarme que nunca podría usar eso en el lugar donde vivo? Después de todo, nos hemos conocido antes, ¿recuerda? Cuando vivía en el otro lado del mundo, solía despedirse del norte sólo para venir y saludarme. No se preocupe, estoy planeando ir a vivir a Madrid el año que viene, y he oído que usted se queda por allí todos los años unos cuantos meses. Espero ese momento impaciente.

GG and my favourite fall-winter wardrobe

Finally it came! i woke up at 6 am today just to watch the new episode!! and it was awesome! / Por fin llegó! Me desperté esta mañana a las seis sólo para mirar el nuevo episodio!! Y fue genial!



Unfortunately, nothing really happens... they just explained a few things hat happened in summer. i should say the best thing of the episode is that there's another oneee next week!
The worst part... her dress 0.0/ Desafortunadamente, no pasa realmente nada... simplemente explican unas pocas cosas que pasaron en verano. Debería decir que lo mejor de este capítulo es saber que hay otro la semaaaana próxima! Lo peor... su vestido O.O

Appart from that, maybe you already know how in love i am with the Chloé fall-winter collection. I just wanted to show you why is that: / Aparte de eso, puede que ya sepan lo enamorada que estoy de la colección de otoño-invierno de Chloé. Sólo quería enseñarles la razón de que esto sea así:








I could start talking about its colors, forms and so on... but i think the collection explains itself pretty well. / Podría empezar a hablar de sus colores, formas, etc... pero creo que la colección se explica a sí misma bastante bien.

i've had no time these days to post, but i'm sure i will show you my favourite spring-summer 2010 looks soon!! / Estos días no he tenido tiempo de postear, pero estoy segura de que les enseñaré mis looks favoritos de primavera-verano pronto!!
